The Question Beneath the Question

Recurring patterns in your life aren't accidents. Learn how self-inquiry questions can help you see what's actually driving the loop you keep living.

Something keeps happening to you. A friendship ends the same way the last one did. You get close to a goal and then quietly sabotage it. You find yourself, once again, doing the thing you swore you were done doing.

The natural response is to analyze the situation. Who did what. What went wrong. What you should do differently next time. That analysis is useful, up to a point. But if the pattern keeps returning, the situation was never really the problem.

The pattern is a question in disguise. Your job is to learn how to ask it.
