When You Open Your Mouth and Nothing Makes Sense Yet

Voice journaling for the moments when you can't name what you're feeling. A guide to speaking into the fog before the words arrive.

You know something is happening inside you. You just can't name it. It isn't sadness exactly, and it isn't anger, and calling it anxiety feels too clinical for whatever this actually is. So you sit with it. Days pass. The thing doesn't clarify itself.

This is one of the most common reasons people stop journaling. They open a blank page and feel like they need a diagnosis before they can begin. No diagnosis arrives. The page stays blank.

Voice journaling offers a different starting point.
